At Ingeneius Inc, we design and manufacture our products in-house as a family-owned company, with care and attention to detail going into every order. Many of our items are made to order, produced specifically for our customers rather than pulled from mass-produced inventory. Because of this, we take quality seriously and stand behind everything we make.
This return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while respecting the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved in our manufacturing process.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
- Returns may be requested within 60 days of the invoice or shipment date.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, resellable condition.
- Original packaging must be intact and included.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, modification, or installation are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect:
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
- Seasonal Items
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Info@ingeneius.net with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
All returns and exchanges must be approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
- If the return or exchange is due to our error (defective product or incorrect item shipped), we will cover return shipping.
- For all other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
